Yogi Bhajan
Kim is a certified yoga teacher and yoga therapist, inspired and
trained by many great teachers. She is devoted to sharing the
art/science of yoga and all its many benefits.
Classes
offer an encouraging, safe, and supportive environment to explore
yourself whether you’re interested in yoga as exercise, health care,
stress or pain relief, expression, self awareness, or to find your roots

I have practiced yoga for the last few years with Kim at Yoga Chandra. In my 60’s and never having done yoga before, I have found it to be very good for self awareness – breathing, and body structure, posture, and energy level. There is yoga for almost any age or body type and, as Kim instructs, even for those with physical limitations as well. I look forward every week to the class or private lessons and occasionally treat myself to a Thai Yoga Session. I believe it has made a difference in my general well being…a happy yoga-er."
